3-bet the flop. If button capps and SB is still around, fold the turn UI. You likely behind to button and there is a >50% chance your outs are tainted by SB.
If button just calls the 3-bet, lead the turn. If button raises, you are probably behind to an overpair or a set of Ts. If SB calls 2, definitly fold. If button raises and SB folds, well, you are behind, but you'll be getting 11:1. Call the raise and fold UI on the river.
