Default To compensate for a bad river call, a bad turn fold?

Villain is TAGlike but is wayyyyyyyyy too tight (17%VPIP, 7%PFR). Has not seen a showdown yet.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, Button folds, SB calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG raises, SB folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 6.50 BB
