He called and then called the raise pre flop. Based on flop play I would think he has AQs (diamond?) or 55, 99, QQ, KK.
Trips you lose,
If diamonds he is on nut flush draw and you have to decide when / if river comes diamond
Otherwise he is betting TPTK which you currently have beat.
If I figure this correctly you are ahead as many times as behind, so it seems to be worth a call - or would you put him on more hands (or not put him on KK ?)
