Holding a PP when the flop is paired is a great situation. If there is a chance to face the field with two cold take it (i.e., you're the BB, 4-handed, Button raised pre-flop -> C/R flop). If no chance, play it aggressively. With a paired flop, there are only 5 live cards that your opponents can hold to better than your hand. At the same time, your hand is very vulnerable. Do what you can to put a lot of pressure on your opponents, trying to win it before the river.
