No luck with the email yet,

they just ignored me and answered another question I posted in the email.

I thought if I asked about several things it wouldn't make me look like a bonus whore.

I have just sent another email specifically only asking about the bonus.

I am not confident but it is worth a shot, unless they close my account.....
