As a general guide
Preflop raise - 3xbb-6xbb
Flop bet - 2/3pot- 1 and 1/3pot
Turn - 2/3pot to pot
River - 1/2pot upwards
Although I realised as I was writing those out that they are utterly useless because everything is so situation based.
