BB in this hand is somewhat overaggressive. UTG seems reasonable, nothing stood out. I just called the flop 3-bet, since my plan was to c/r the field if BB capped. If BB didn't cap, I could probably c/r UTG's turn bet. A flop bet-cap I find usually slows down everything on this flop except QQ. Too FPSy? forget about the FPS and just cap the flop?
Also, river action...check/call? bet and call a raise? bet/3-bet seems overboard since UTG capped the turn after my check/3-bet, also flush gets there on the river and BB is still in the hand.
