I've actually found that my mistakes have been things like taking the concept on these boards too far. For example one of my big leaks I'm working on is my level of aggression from 5 to 3 handed, and add 6 handed there when the blinds are high.
Poker is all about adjusting to your opponents. If all you gave about the hand was blind sizes, stack sizes, and cards, there are several different ways to play a hand based on different opponents. For example if your opponent is aggressive post flop, check to him and let him bet your monsters for you. If your opponent is passive post flop, he will fold anyway if he has garbage but he won't bet a hand he'll call with, so bet.
If you try the same plays against different types of players you will get burned.
