if they aren't openlimping its almost always not a monster
UTG is the highest freq. but the donks at .5/1 will do it with a variety of hands from all positions
if it goes limp, limp, limp, raise ...calls, LRR its usually garbage or some sort of suited connector/sml pair
always giving credit for AA, KK is not a good idea .. prob 30-40% are those 2 the rest much weaker hands
