I tend to agree that the PF call is -EV, though just barely. Even if you play well postflop, playing 43o is hard (unless you completely whiff and check and fold). You very rarely make a strong enough hand to raise with the hope of getting action. I would only play this hand against someone who gave up too easily if he misses the flop.

BTW, you are mistaken if you think 43o is a better hand here than 93o. The 93o is superior because SB will have a 5 through 8 a lot of the time here, and this gives you a chance to flop a higher pair than him. On a 9 4 2 flop, he is in worse shape with K8 against 93 than 43.

In general, I would tend to fold 32o, 42o, 43o, 52o, 53o, 54o, 64o, 72o, 73o, 74o, 82o, 83o in these spots, and possibly more if SB doesn't usually steal-raise enough or if I think folding here will significantly increase my fold equity in later blind battles.
