In the Stars re-buy tourneys if I have $1510 and then pay the big-blind and now have $1495 it still won't let you re-buy until the hand is over.

Even if you have already folded and have less than $1500 it will still say, "You have to have less than $1500 to re-buy" because it only counts your chip-position from the BEGINNING of the hand.
Obviously this is not done on their cash-game NL tables.


And you're correct...if I had gone to the tables and played there I would not have known about this.

I've played occasional low-stakes no-limit on Stars and Party and have never seen anything like this before.

On Party NL $25, for example, I'm pretty sure that you can't get away with 'doubling-up' by just pushing all-in and waiting for everyone to fold.


It feels VERY strange to be talking about a 'glitch' (dare i say, 'bug?') on the Stars tables that is actually done correctly on the Party tables.
