On this one, you are just dead wrong. Kings = Aces preflop as far as I'm concerned. You will be up against Aces about 1/20 times when you're holding Kings at a full table. If you lose a 100BB stack on this one, you need to make an extra 5BB every other time you're holding Kings. This is not hard.

But when someone moves all in preflop, do you think to yourself, there is a 95% chance that he does not have AA? Or do you estimate the odds that this is one of those times where you were cold decked and he has it. I have folded KK only once in my life preflop. But when I have KK and get raised all in preflop I sure as heck don't consider it 19 to 1 that he doesn't have Aces.
