Wow. This is a good scheme. I should ask as many casinos as I can find to ban me from playing, and then try playing on every one. As soon as I find one that accidently lets me play, bet my roll on one spin of roulette. If I double-up, I win. If I don't, I complain.
I'm sure there's more than a 1:20 chance of getting my money back, so it's +EV.
