BTW: somewhere in my old posts, there is about a three month old quote I haven't been able to find that says I basically like being blunt when I post because I find it gets better results.
Don't take it personally and feel free to do the same back; I don't need to be coddled and I do think there's a line between obnoxiousness and 'hey, this call sucks, what are you doing'.
