Neteller offers bank wire transfer as well I think, but you will have to contact them to set it up as far as I know. There is no automatic option to bank wire by default. I don't know about fees for this either as I havent used it but I'm sure someone else can fill in.

I think the fee is USD 1.00 now after the upgrade for Europeans and automated service should be quicker too.
