If you state something, and proclaim it as true, you should be able to prove it. The fact is, maybe people say Party uses the type of RNG you describe but it has not been proven to me and I've done a lot of reading on this. Should you just be able to walk around and proclaim anything you want without proof? No. Do your own "legwork", this is your claim.
