Could you elaborate on 'lax on enforcing the hours'? When I called the Monte Carlo for the poker rate they did seem pretty casual about the whole thing.

Also, a general noob question: When does the clock reset when casinos look at your playing hours per day? For example if you play from 9pm to 3am does that 6 hours count for your first day or will they split it and give you credit for 3 hours one day and 3 hours the next. Or am I making a simple thing more complicated than it really is?
