One other thought ... I am staying at the Flamingo for the first time, so I get the normal rate first, to be adjusted later. They also told me my time playing at Bally's would count toward my minimum hours because the same group owns both hotels. With that in mind, I suspect that the hotels that are affliliated might let you do the same thing. Worth checking.
