Nordstrom Rack is nice. DSW shoe warehouse is also nice. If you are paying full price, Nordstrom seems to have a little bit cheaper selection than the Saks and Neiman's of the world, combined with great service.

I would get something pretty simple, like a cap toe or split toe.

I wouldn't go with one of the exagerrated square-toes. A little too trendy for an interview, IMHO.
