I don't think there's any question that you should raise on the flop... you have an overpair, and you want to thin the field so that the overcard that could hit on the turn is not as scary... If it gets 3-bet, you know more about your opponent's hand. By the way, I think BB is cold calling with a flush draw, I'm not too afraid of him.
Based on that, I bet the turn. If it's raised to me, I call and see how the river falls.
