I don't really like this bluff because you have very few outs to fall back on, and you have not showed strength up until this point. what are you trying you represent? a 6 or a 9 is a hard sell to any thinking player who has seen you play, as well as 33--and even if they buy it, they'll call you down with anything better than A-high (and I'd expect A-high to call you down here sometimes). and he simply shouldn't believe you have any pocket pair at all, because it was a threeway pot on the flop. (heads up is a different story.)

but if you've seen your opponent make a fold like this (which I would expect for a player with 20% vpmip), then go ahead. it only needs to work better than 2/7 times to be correct (which is a lot). the only danger is that if you hit a K or a Q on the river, you are frequently still behind.a a checkraise on the flop might've been better.
