The CO will have a lot of hands based on his flop action, ranging from, but not exclusive to: the flopped nuts, Ax, K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], a random two-pair, etc.
I wouldn't start to worry about the flush until he raises the turn, and even then I wouldn't be too surprised to see him without it.

I posted in a similar hand thread a few days ago, that I generally don't give credit for a flopped flush until they raise my turn bet. I stand by that.
