Here's the one I'm running now:
I) No-limit holdem, T5000 stacks for the preliminary rounds.
a) 20 minute rounds
b) Blind structure:
i) Round 1- 15/25
ii) Round 2- 25/50
iii) Round 3- 50/100
iv) Round 4- 75/150
v) Round 5- 100/200
vi) Round 6- 150/300
vii) Round 7- 300/600
