Agg factor should be >3 on flop and turn too... especially if you are only playing 18%... More PFR should help you get later AF up by taking control of the hand early.
...and no, in my view if you shouldn't move up to 1/2 with a $50 bankroll, and can only beat .5/1 for .5/100.
