I don't think we have nearly the fold equity with a stop and go as we do a flop 3-bet. If he caps, then I'm sure I'm behind. And even if we're behind, I've still got good fold equity. I rarely use a stop and go except in cases I want to 3-bet or I'm very sure he's on a draw.
