I think this is a bit more serious than if she met some guy at a party, had a few too many, one thing led to another, etc. How is he supposed to trust her again?

Not married. Kind of engaged though. Serious relationship. And yes, I would not have a problem if she got drunk one night at a party and hooked up with some guy.
She's gone out of her way over the course of two days here to talk to this guy.
