Not true, there is a fix. Submitted by support.

This problem may occur more readily when using media streaming
applications or other application that uses Internet resources. On
computers with large amounts of RAM, the maximum cache size can be
large enough that Vcache consumes all of the addresses in the system
arena, leaving no virtual memory addresses available for other
applications to process its request.

Broadband connections permit the sharing of large amounts of data.
Peer-to-Peer file sharing applications such as Bittorrent, KaZaA, and
the like are driving ever more and more upstream traffic. A congested
broadband connection can introduce multiple seconds of delay,
extremely high jitter and packet loss.

Please follow the below mentioned instructions in order to avoid the
difficulty:
1) Please disable all the Media Streaming Applications (For Ex:
LimeWire.com, Asus Digital VCR, KaZaA, or any application that you use to listen music, download or upload files to the web) while playing at PartyPoker.com

2) Its suggested to limit the usage of any applications while playing
at PartyPoker.com

3) Please delete the cookies and the temporary internet files from
your computer by following the below procedure:
Step 1: Open Internet Explorer
Step 2: Click on Tools on the menu bar and then click on Internet
Options
Step 3: Under General Tab, click on Delete Cookies button, now click
on the Delete Files button and select the option "Delete all offline
content" and Click "Ok". Also, click on the "Clear History button".
Step 4: Check the option "Delete all offline content"
Step 5: Click on the "Ok" button in Internet Options window and close
the Internet Explorer window.

4) Change your Vcache settings on your system by following the below
procedure:
Step1: Right click on My Computer
Step2: Select Properties from the menu
Step3: Select Advanced tab from the System Properties Window
Step4: Click on Settings button under Performance section
Step5: Select Advanced tab from the Performance Options window
Step6: Click on Change button under Virtual Memory section
Step7: Select the Custom Size radio button
Step8: Set the Maximum size (MB) to Recommended size as under Total paging file size for all drives section
Step9: Set the Initial size (MB) to 20 points less than the Maximum
size (MB) as you entered in the previous step
Step10: Click on OK until you finish the process.

After doing all these steps on your computer, reboot your computer and you will be able to play without any difficulties.
