Default Re: The Oaks Cardroom - Emeryville (Poor decision making)

Ok, I'm starting to get the style of the 2+2 boards. I don't consider anything posted by Derek as relevant to intelligent discussion, and thus will respond accordingly: If you knew anything about the law, you'd know that civil suits in California have more than a 5 to 1 success rate versus an indictment involving federal law. I'm not going to get into law with you; I don't think you know the first thing about it. At the risk of sounding condescending, I'm 100% sure I could win a legal suit against the oaks for $150, but that isn't worthwhile.

Derek, some people have ambition in life- and some of that ambition may not always involve money- people care about principles as well.

To whoever said that the Oaks has the best regular 15-30 games (and up) in the bay area has not been to Bay 101 (the best,) garden city, or probably anywhere else. That's a pretty absurd claim I think anyone who has been to any other casino besides the Oaks in the bay area would dispute.
