Wow, I'm shocked that they gave you any refund at all, let alone your full $500. Certainly they're at fault for making a poor decision, one that has some impact on you, but it would have the same impact on all the players equally. I doubt any other sites would give you anything, I know partypoker wouldn't. Good to hear there's a site around with such good service, even if they made a mistake it's clear their intentions are in the right place.
