If UTG is passive postflop, I'd fold the river. But if UTG is tricky and doesn't play like an open book, you can raise the flop and reevaluate. You may be able to pick up the pot with a bet on the turn, and if you're called there, you can likely showdown for free. This would be cheaper than calling all the way down anyway.
