The obvious answer is less than a 0.125 BB/hr winner in his 4000-8000 game.

That's assuming he wins the match. For example, if he's a 0.1 BB/hr winner at 4K/8K then he needs to have a 90% chance of winning a ten-hour 10K freezeout to have the same hourly earn.
With the 10K to 9K idea, he'd need to be around 94.7%. Obviously he's not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is it not true that
A) Daniel is contractually obligated to spend a lot of hours at the Wynn
B) The Wynn does not spread any 4000-8000 games
and
C) David has offered to play the freezeout at the Wynn
If all of those conditions are true, then your comparison is useless.
