No problem.
I have all my poker sites installed (Party, Stars, Bodog, Pacific, Cryptos, etc, etc), Tracker, a bunch of casinos, and itunes.
My tracker database isn't that big at the moment (<20,000 hands) and I don't have a problem importing new ones, but I do have trouble compacting the databases sometimes. (It times out) The USB 2.0 port usually works, but if you have a firewire port or something faster, you might want to consider a drive that supports that, especially if you're going to maintain a large PT database.
Anyway, like I said, it works great for me and it's very small (portable).
