I've been on a bad run ,too lately but I have fixed my heads up game.

Just calling the raise with A7o HU is bad. Push that preflop. Don't let him out draw you on the flop. Make him call his whole stack to see the flop heads up. Heads up with the blinds that big, either push or fold generally. You won about 3 or hands in a row then got 92o, just fold that in SB since you can afford too. Or, if you think opponent will keep folding, push that , too. I've won a few heads up matches with 92. Start trying to think about the long run in these heads up matches. If the heads up match doesn't work out , then it doesn't work out and move on.
Not sure about pushing 98o 3-handed, though. I probably wouldn't but I'm not the best SNG player, either.
