It seems to me that you might be playing a bit too tight HU and 3-handed. Some hands that caught my attention:
-Folding 89o and J9o 3-handed with blinds 100/200. Personally, I push both there. Both the other players seemed reasonably tight.
-HU: Completing 92o from the SB with blinds 200/400. I'd take that blind right from you if you were against me.
-HU: Completing K5o from the SB at 200/400. Again...
-HU: Calling a raise with A7o in 200/400. Against most opponents, I'll push this.
-HU: Folding T8o from the SB preflop with blinds 250/500.
Anyways, take my thoughts with a grain of salt. These are hands that just caught my attention.
