Given the OP's use of the word "risk", I'd imagine that his philosophy regarding civil obedience isn't really the question here.

Having said that, I'd love to talk to all those people who have apparently never broken the speed limit [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] (Forget 60 in a 55, I don't know how they manage to stay under 5mph in empty parking lots!)
