As you played it you have no choice but to push here.
You could think about raising a bit more preflop with those limpers but either way if you raise I think you're committed for your stack. Sometimes you just get stacked by the run of the cards and it can feel like you maybe could have got away from the hand when, in reality, you couldn't have.
