The guy is the shortest stack there, at this level I say he's looking to take down a few dollars with his KQ or push you off your kicker with his Kx. Hero's check-raise is obviously an 8 (this is the problem with the check-raise), so Villain's re-raise of the check-raise is saying "i can beat your trips". the question then is whether you believe him or not, but i think that the worst hand you'll see is A8.
