Yes -

if he limped with TT (or 99) and filled up, well, [censored] happens.

EDIT - to change from yes to probably - if he is tricky/loose than yes I call (loose enough to play 6xs) - if he is ABC straightforward / weak-tight I MIGHT give him credit for a boat and fold.
