Default Should I fold?

Info:
UTG: 66, 40, 0 (hands, VPIP, PFR)
Button: 39, 51, 7.7 (H,V,P)

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero raises, 5 folds, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, Hero caps, Button calls, UTG calls.

Hero caps thinking he has the best hand and button is very possibly betting the 4-flush.

Turn: (11 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, Button calls, UTG calls.

Having avoided the heart, hero bets out again assuming the best hand.

River: (14 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, Button raises, UTG 3-bets, Hero folds, Button folds.

Final Pot: 20 BB

Hero folds what is probably not the best hand any more. I am interested in heroes play; Is the pot too big to fold still facing a 3 bet and possiable cap? Also what you think the button may be folding.
