You don't. Every single room in Las Vegas except the Bellagio and Mirage has a $3 rake.
It breaks down very simply actually:
Bellagio, Mirage: $4 rake, no jackpot.
Binions: $3 rake, no jackpot.
Everything else: $3 rake, $1 jackpot (either high hand or bad beat).
Anyhoo - there you go.
