Well post DRINKING it's pretty tough, my answer is unfortunately:
TIME
Definitely eat and drink non-alcholic fare though.
Old Fashioned Aspirin couldn't hurt.
Next time: Get CHASERS (sold at most drug stores) taken before you start.
I usually drink 24+ oz. of water right before bed if I had any booze, a small amount of water won't cut it.
