Pair + flush draw is not really a monster draw. It plays well in small pots, because you're two pair occasionally wins. That said, having your paired card be TP is actually bad, because we are assuming that just a Q is no good, so another Q isn't really goin to help. Against a set or straight here, you have 9 outs and a crappy runner runner.
