Default short stacked final table... 33 in BB and big action

Sorry hand converter not working for me... just wondering based on payouts of tournament you think it is worth calling here. My read on the min raiser is even keel, tries to steal to maintain stack and play big pots with big hands only. Don't have much of a read on the other player.

I'm looking for +$ev... whatever you think that means. The way it is short handed and fast action hands makes me believe they might be sharing an overcard and i'm coinflipping. Is that a strong chance? BTW this is a $5 turbo tournament... my favorite fun game

Payouts:
1st=822
2nd=516
3rd=341
4th=236
