Hand 1: Raise more preflop, raise to about 4 on the flop, raise to about 9 on the turn. With the higher pf raise pick a flop or turn raise and go with it.
Hand 2: NO MINRAISING WITH AA! Again raise to about 3 on the flop and see what happens from there. This guy sounds like he sucks so I think that you are just gonna have to charge him insane amounts to draw and rake the nice pots when he doesnt hit.
Good river check. I'd put him on A7, AT, two clubs or or KK mabe here.
