Agree. the open-limp is bad. Second, this is an easy call. It is unlikely he has a flush because he'd want to make money with the hand rather than push you out. He probably has a set or 2 pair and you're way ahead. He might also hold a big spade for a redraw.

I think you're ahead here much more often than you're behind.
