This might be completely wrong and i don't play limit that much, if you were villan and you had KK, what hands could you put hero on after the flop? I can see AA, AK, JT, TT.
I think AA and AK probably cap preflop and may not cap the flop. JT probably doesn't raise preflop. I dunno.
