Thanks, I opened the files with wordpad and they show the same problem. Here is an example:

DIRTYRED7 checks, dr ruth checks, Doctologist bets $2, DIRTYRED7 calls $2,
dr ruth folds.

See how the last part "dr ruth folds" is entered down to the next line.

The guy has tried several times to send me an unwrapped file, he even emailed PT support. What are the the other options you spoke of?
