I am not currently a big Nirvana fan, but I respect them because they instigated a lot of the music I like today. That is why I think they should be considered a top band of the nineties.

I can't be bothered reading this whole thread, but I thought I should let you know that you have absolutely zero musical credibility now (not that you did before). Learn to read, and then when you were to young to participate in a music scene yourself you won't make horribly embarassing mistakes.
