Just wanted to take a minute and thank all of you who have taken time to post questions, and more importantly answers to questions on SNGs.
I've been playing them for a couple of weeks now (been playing ring games for a couple of years), and the good strategies/advice I've received by reading your thoughts have allowed me to absolutely kill the $30 SNGs at party.
The highlight was last night after knocking out the third place guy. I had been raising all-in from my SB and stealing his blinds continuously. Finally he called my QTs with his AJo. I spiked a Ten on the flop and he was out. The stream of verbal abuse that followed had me laughing all night. "Do you even know how to play poker you little girl?" etc.
Seems like he never reads 2+2 forums.
Well, now that I think I understand how to play SNGs I'll try to add my 2 cents if I have any ideas.
