Academy also leaves from Port Authority. You can go back whenever you want, there is a bus at one casino every half an hour (they will give you a schedule). Their customer service is not good however.
There are no buses that go to Borgata, so you will have to take a cab or jitney (the #2, this is what I do) to the Borgata. You will get a $15-$20 bonus at the casino that you go to. Sometimes Academy will go to two casinos. Try to go to one that gives you cash instead of making you play it in a slot machine.
